Antibody numbering and segmentation are powerful algorithms that allow one to quickly deduce how a particular sequence aligns with what we know about antibody structure. At ENPICOM, we have developed an ultra-fast algorithm for antibody segmentation that also enables extremely robust machine learning pipelines. Egor will tell what we have built, why we decided to make it available for everyone in open-source, and how we use it in a universal machine learning algorithm for antibody property prediction.
